Two Careers. One Coaching Philosophy.

Before entering the automotive and RV business, Nathan Baker spent 18 years as an NCAA collegiate coach. That career was built around developing people, preparing teams, creating accountability, handling pressure, and getting measurable performance out of individuals with different strengths and personalities.

For more than 10 years, Nathan has applied that same coaching mindset inside the automotive and RV industry. Today, he works in the business every day as an RV Finance Director, leading finance performance, manager development, lender strategy, customer conversations, compliance, and accountability.

Coach Baker exists at the intersection of those two careers: real coaching experience and real dealership experience.

What Makes Coach Baker Different

Current RV Finance Leadership

The coaching comes from someone actively working inside RV finance today, not from theory or a playbook written years ago.

18 Years Developing People

Coaching is not an add-on. It is the foundation: identify the gap, practice the response, create accountability, and improve performance.

More Than 10 Years in Auto & RV

Real dealership experience means understanding the pressure of the desk, lender decisions, customer objections, product presentation, compliance, and the numbers that matter.

The Goal Is Not More Training. It Is Better Performance.

Coach Baker works with RV finance managers on the areas that directly affect consistency and performance: lender utilization, product presentation, objection handling, compliance, accountability, and finance gross.

The approach is individualized. Managers do not all struggle with the same things, so they should not all receive the exact same coaching. The focus is on identifying where each manager is losing opportunities, coaching that behavior, and measuring whether performance changes.
